Mauritius Holidays

Mauritius is South Africa's favourite tropical island holiday — a four-hour flight, no jetlag, and white-sand beaches with calm turquoise lagoons.

About Mauritius

Mauritius sits in the Indian Ocean roughly 2,000 km off the south-east coast of Africa. The island is a melting pot of Indian, African, French and Chinese culture — reflected in the food, the festivals and the architecture. The west coast (Flic en Flac, Tamarin) offers calm sunset beaches; the north (Grand Bay, Trou aux Biches) is the lively, sociable side; the south (Bel Ombre, Le Morne) is dramatic with cliffs and kitesurfing; and the east (Belle Mare, Trou d'Eau Douce) has the longest, quietest beaches.

We are an authorised partner for Beachcomber Mauritius, the island's largest and most-respected resort group. Beachcomber operates eight resorts across every category — Royal Palm and Paradis at the top end, Trou aux Biches and Dinarobin for full-spec luxury, Shandrani for activity-led families, Victoria for couples, and Mauricia and Canonnier for value.
